    Hotel Standard Policies
    Check-in/Check-Out timing
    Check-in Time: 3:00 PM
    Check-out Time: 12:00 PM
    Unless otherwise specified in standard reservation confirmation voucher issued by the hotel. A deposit of IDR 1.000.000 is required upon check-in.

    Maximum Room Occupancy Policy
    The maximum occupants for our rooms are 4 people (consisting of 2 adults and 2 children under 9 years old), unless an extra bed is booked for an additional charge. A maximum of 2 children under the age of 9 sleep free in existing room bedding.

    ID Requirement Policy
    For security purposes, valid government approved photo identification with address is required at check-in for all guests occupying the room. Acceptable forms for Indonesian Citizens include Driver’s License and/or Government Identity Card whereas Foreigners are required to present their Passport during Check-In. A copy for record will be made of the document at check-in.

    Early Arrival Policy
    To guarantee early arrivals before our check-in time, guests are advised to book their rooms a day before their scheduled arrival date. Otherwise, early check-in will be subject to room’s availability on the date.

    Late Checkout Policy
    Late checkouts are as follows:
    12:00n to 3:00 PM: 30% of daily room rate
    3:00 PM to 6:00 PM: 50% of daily room rate
    After 6:00 PM: full day’s room rate
    Late check-out is not available during high-occupancy periods.

    Facility Use Policy
    Use of lifestyle facilities, such as the gym and spa, wellness studio strictly is governed by minimum age requirements. As a general guideline, these facilities can only be used or requested by guests 16 years of age and above. Hotel is not liable to provide safety and security of any individual and it is considered that the user is medically and physically fit when utilizing any hotel facility. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.

    Smoking Policy
    Vaping and smoking are permitted only in the designated outdoor smoking areas. All indoor public areas within the hotel are strictly non-smoking zones. Smoking in our non-smoking rooms is not allowed and will incur a penalty fee of IDR 3,000,000 NETT / room.

    Interconnecting Room Policy
    Adjacent and interconnecting rooms are subject to availability and request should be placed at the time of reservation and can only be confirmed during check-in. Any and all specific requests in relation to allocation of rooms is subject to availability on the day of arrival.

    Extra Bed Policy
    To maintain the utmost comfort for all our guests, we permit a maximum of one extra bed per room. An additional bed for an adult or a child aged 9 and above is available at IDR 700,000 ++ per night. This rate includes breakfast and exclusive amenities for one person.

    Cancellation Policy
    Any cancellation or modification made 5 (five) days prior to your arrival date is free of charge. Otherwise, first night penalty will apply. Entire stay amount including taxes will be charged in case of non-arrival (No Show).

    Visitor Policy
    Please be considerate of other guests staying on your floor and keep the noise to a minimum. Do note that there are a maximum of two visitors allowed per room before 10.00 PM. The Hotel does not allow outside visitors who are not registered with the hotel as occupants to stay overnight. Guests meetings and entertainments are mainly directed to the Hotel’s public area or restaurants. Photo ID proof and extra occupancy charges are mandatory for registering additional guests.

    Usage of Camera and Photography / Videography Equipment Policy
    In line with Article 12, Section (1) of Law 28 and our dedication to privacy, taking photos or videos of our guests and staff for commercial purposes is strictly forbidden. The use of professional or drone cameras is also prohibited. Any commercial photography or videography within the hotel must have prior written approval and agreement from an authorized hotel representative.

    Please note that the Hotel may need to contact you in relation to your reservation or any transaction at our hotel for the purpose of confirming your booking and for providing you with information that you may require regarding the various services available from our hotel. This may include telephone calls or Whatsapp messages to the contact number that you have provided, in addition to e-mail correspondence.
